How to Book and Purchase an Electronic Ticket On-line

1. Request

Send your request to the online booking system by specifying the following information:

  1. airports of departure and destination;
  2. type of trip (one way or round way);
  3. dates of your flights;
  4. class of service (economy or business class);
  5. number of passengers in accordance with the corresponding age groups (adults; children; infants);
  6. If you would like to purchase an electronic ticket online (if it is available), please, specify it in the request, putting a tick near " Create e-ticket"

Note:

  • You can book and purchase air tickets on-line not later than 48 hours before the departure.
  • You can book and purchase air tickets for up to 9 passengers in one booking.
  • Adults – passengers over 12 years old, but in case passengers are travelling alone they shall be over 18 years old.
  • Children – passengers aged between 2 and 12; children are provided with a separate seat and must be accompanied by at least one adult over 18.
  • Infants – passengers under 2 years old; infants are not provided with a separate seat and must be accompanied by at least one adult over 18.

2. Flight and Fare Selection

Having processed your request, the system will display a list of available flights and fares that meet your request. Please note that for both departure airport and destination airport local time is displayed. Select a desirable flight and fare from the list and proceed to the next step.

3. Passenger Information

To make your booking, please, enter the following passenger information: title, name, passport number, phone number and e-mail. The information should be written in Roman letters.

Title: Select – (Mr./Mrs.)

First and Las Name: Please, enter your first name and last name in ROMAN LETTERS. If you book a ticket for an international flight, please, write your name exactly as it is written in your foreign passport:

E.g.: First Name: ANNA, Last Name: IVANOVA

Contact telephone number: Please, enter at least one of your phone numbers in the following way: code of your country, code of your city, your phone number.

E.g.: +7 (8182) 88-88-01

We need to know your phone number so that in case of any changes in the timetable our representative could contact you and notify you on such changes.

E-mail address: Please, enter your valid e-mail address. After completion of booking and ticket purchasing process you will receive an e-mail with your booking number. Your booking number is necessary when getting your ticket from the ticket office.

E.g.: ivan.ivanov@mail.ru

Nationality Please select the state of your nationality.

Number of identification document: Please, enter your passport number. For children, please, enter birth certificate number.

E.g.: 1102296046

Having filled in all the fields, please, click "Proceed" to get to the ticket purchase and booking completion steps.

Please, specify the way of purchasing your ticket(s):

  1. You can purchase your ticket on-line via VISA or Master Card bank card. In this case you don’t need to go to a ticket-office. shall be sent on your e-mail, or you can get it at any sales office of the Airline free of charge.
  2. You can purchase your ticket via QIWI payment terminals. In this case, after booking process completion, you will receive notification on successful reservation, which will include your flight details and reservation number, necessary for ticket purchase in the terminal. You should purchase your ticket via any QIWI payment terminal within 20 hours from the moment of your booking completion. Once you have purchased your electronic ticket, you will receive an e-mail with your Itinerary Receipt.
  3. You can also purchase your e-ticket in the selected ticket office by cash. In this case you will also receive your Itinerary Receipt. Please, note that in case of pre-booking you should purchase the booked ticket within 24 hours from the booking process completion. Otherwiseyourbookingwillbecancelled.

Having filled in all the fields, please, click "Proceed" to get to the ticket purchase and booking completion steps.

4.Confirmation

At this step the system will display selected flights and cost of travel in the currency of the country of departure, including fares and taxes.

Please, check your traveling details carefully! Having purchased the ticket you can change it only via ticket refund procedure according to the rules of the corresponding fare.

To get information on fare rules (possibilities and limitations, e.g. to change or get a ticket refund), as well as on conditions of carriage, please, click to the corresponding links. To proceed to the next step please confirm that you agree on the fare rules and conditions of carriage (Contract of Air Carriage RUS, ENG), select the form of payment and click «Proceed».

5. Purchase

You can purchase your electronic ticket by your credit card on-line, by cash in any QIWI payment terminal within 20 hours after the successful booking completion or by cash in any sales office or agency of the Airline within 24 hours after the booking completion.

To purchase an e-ticket / e-tickets on-line by a credit card,please, enter the following details:

  • Select the payment system (Visa; MasterCard);
  • Enter your credit card number (16 digits at the front side of your card);
  • Enter your CVV/CVC-code, printed at the reverse side of your card;
  • Enter name and surname of the cardholder (as it is written at the front side of the card);
  • Enter the date of expiry of your card, which is written at the front side of the card.

Please note!

We never save details of your credit cards, the necessary information is transferred with the highest requirements of informational security. Your encoded details will be transferred via SSL-protocol to the authorized server of the payment system.

Having filled in all the necessary information, please, click «Purchase», and the specified amount of money (in RUR) will be withdrawn from your credit card.

To purchase an e-ticket / e-tickets via QIWI payment terminals you should pay for your ticket / tickets within 20 hours from the moment of booking completion. After successful purchase of your air ticket you will receive an sms-message to your mobile phone and itinerary receipt on your e-mail address.

To confirm the fact of e-ticket purchase on-line or via QIWI payment terminal you can get a Receipt.

6.Getting an E-Ticket

If you have filled in all the necessary information correctly, the booking and purchasing processes will be successfully completed.

To confirm the fact of successful completion the system will display full information on your booking, including your itinerary, flight number, date and time of departure and arrival, list of passengers in your booking, total cost of your tickets and your booking number.

If you have purchased your e-ticket on-line via your credit card you will receive an e-mail with your Itinerary Receipt.

If you have chosen to purchase your ticket via QIWI payment terminals you will receive an e-mail with notification on successful booking. The notification shall include your booking number, necessary for ticket purchase via the terminal. Once you have purchased your electronic ticket, you will receive an e-mail with your Itinerary Receipt.
