How to Exchange Gift Certificates for Air Tickets

1. Holders of «PS (ПС)» series certificates have an opportunity to exchange such certificates for an air ticket / air tickets of the corresponding price (including taxes and fees) in the Airline’s own sales offices.
2. Holders of «PM (ПМ)» series certificates have an opportunity to exchange such certificates for an air ticket fare / air ticket fares of the corresponding price in the Airline’s own sales offices. All fees and taxes shall be paid for by cash or by a bank card.
3. Gift certificates shall not be accepted for refund. Price of the gift certificate shall not be refunded.
4. Gift certificates shall not be re-issued in case of their theft of loss.
5. A gift certificate shall be used as a way of payment for one booking only once.
6. Shall the cost of an air ticket / air tickets purchased not exceed the nominal value of a gift certificate / gift certificates, the difference between these two amounts shall not be returned to the certificate holder. The nominal value of the certificate shall be used only once. Unused remaining amount shall not be used in the future.
7. Shall the cost of an air ticket / air tickets purchased exceed the nominal value of a gift certificate / gift certificates, the difference between these two amounts shall be paid by the client either by cash or by credit card.
8. Air ticket can be paid for:
   
   • by gift certificates of one series, combination of «PS» and «PM» series shall not be accepted.
   • by gift certificates and cash;
   • by gift certificates and a bank card.

   Gift certificates of any series can be accepted for payment in the following amount:
   • with the nominal of 500 RUB – no more than 5 (five) certificates;
   • with the nominal of 1000 RUB – no more than 3 (three) certificates;
   • with the nominal of 3000 or 5000 RUB – no more than 1 (one) certificate.

9. Gift certificates shall be used only for payment for an air ticket / air tickets. Gift certificates shall not be accepted as a form of payment for other Airline’s services.
10. certificates shall not be used to purchase air tickets at the following fares: YMIA, YMM, RMM, YBP, Z and for charter flights.
11. When using gift certificates as a form of payment, certificate holders shall not purchase an air ticket / air tickets under special offers, conditions of which limit gift certificate usage for these purposes.
12. Gift certificates shall be valid within one year from the moment of purchase (date specified at the certificate). Validity period of gift certificates shall not be extended.
13. Any changes in the air ticket /air tickets fully or partially purchased with a gift certificate / gift certificates shall be made in accordance with the corresponding fare rules. All service fees and extra payments shall be paid by cash or by a bank card.
14. An air ticket / air tickets fully purchased by a «PS» series gift certificate shall be refunded in accordance with the corresponding fare rules only by cash.
15. An air ticket / air tickets partially purchased by a «PS», series gift certificate shall be refunded in accordance with the corresponding fare rules. Refund amount shall be determined as a sum of a «ПС» series certificate value and the amount paid by the certificate holder in addition to the certificate amount minus penalty fees. The refund shall be effected depending on the form of payment for the ticket: if the passenger has paid for the air ticket / air tickets by cash, the money shall be refunded by cash; if the passenger has paid for the air ticket / air tickets by a bank card, the money shall be refunded on a bank card.
16. Money for an air ticket / air tickets fully purchased by a «PM», series gift certificate issued under the marketing action with a validator of Marketing Department «Nordavia-RA, Marketing Service, Arkhangelsk 316-0539 4», shall not be refunded. Only amount of YQ shall be refunded.
17. Money for an air ticket / air tickets fully purchased by a «PM», series gift certificate shall be refunded only in the Airline’s own sales offices. Amount of money to be refunded shall include only money paid by the passenger in addition to the certificate «PM» series gift certificate value is not taken into account at refund):

    17.1 If a passenger refunds a fully unused air ticket / air tickets, penalty fees and charges shall be estimated in accordance with the corresponding unused fare rules, while the refund shall be effected basing on the additional fare paid by the passenger;

    17.2 If a passenger refunds a partially used air ticket / air tickets, penalty fees and charges shall be estimated in accordance with fare rules of the corresponding unused fare, while the refund shall be effected basing on the additional fare paid by the passenger for the unused segment.

18. Air ticket / air tickets refund shall be effected on the following conditions:

    18.1 Shall penalty fees, calculated in accordance with the corresponding fare rules, not exceed the amount of money additionally paid for the corresponding fare, difference between additional payment and penalty fees and charges shall be refunded, as well as YQ amount (if there is any). If the passenger has paid for the air ticket / air tickets by cash, the money shall be refunded by cash; if the passenger has paid for the air ticket / air tickets by a bank card, the money shall be refunded on a bank card.

    18.2 Shall penalty fees, calculated in accordance with the corresponding fare rules, exceed the amount of money additionally paid for the corresponding fare refund amount shall be equivalent to YQ (is there is any).
