Air tickets can be refunded within the air ticket validity period of 1-12 months, depending on the rules of the fare set in the air ticket.
Money paid for the air ticket shall be refunded to the person specified in such ticket or to the person having purchased such ticket, upon producing documents certifying his/her identity and the ticket purchase:
- at the place of ticket purchase,
- in any «Nordavia - Regional Airlines» sales office,
- as an exception, in offices of “Nordavia – regional airlines” authorized agencies, upon the preliminary consent of the Airline.
Passengers are not allowed to cancel or change details of bookings with issued tickets by phone.
Amount of refunded money
Amount of money refunded for an unused or partly used air ticket shall be calculated in compliance with the corresponding fare rules and instructions of «Nordavia - Regional Airlines».
Forced air ticket refund
In compliance with the acting «Nordavia» rules of passengers, baggage and cargoes transportation, ticket refund shall be considered forced, provided the Carrier:
- cancelled or delayed the flight on which the passenger had a booked seat;
- failed to land the aircraft at the airport of destination stated at the ticket;
- failed to provide the passenger with a seat on the flight, date or with class of service stated at the air ticket; failed to transport the passenger from the airport of transfer on the flight stated at the air ticket as the result of delay or cancellation of the flight bringing the passenger to the airport of transfer;
- refund of tickets subject to illness/death of passengers or their family members (husband, wife, children (incl. adopted), parents, sisters, brothers, grandparents, grandchildren, parents-in-law, sons-in-law or daughters-in-law) accompanying them on the flight (provided an official document is produces) shall be considered forced.
Amount of money refunded for forced refusal of the flight shall de calculated in accordance with the following:
- Unused tickets shall be refunded in the full amount;
- Partly used tickets shall be refunded in the amount of cost of the unused part of transportation.
Amount of money refunded for voluntary ticket refund upon notification of «Nordavia - Regional Airlines» on that fact not later than 24 hours departure of the flight shall be calculated in the following way:
- Unused tickets shall be refunded in the full amount;
- Partly used tickets shall be refunded in the amount of the total cost of transportation (money paid for the air ticket) with the deduction of the cost of fulfilled part of transportation (including all fees and charges for this part of transportation).
Air ticket shall not be valid for transportation or refund with an unused flight coupon if the subsequent flight coupons have been used. Flight coupons shall be accepted for refund in their direct sequence from the point of origin irrespective of the applied fare.
In case of voluntary ticket refund upon notification of «Nordavia - Regional Airlines» on that fact in less than 24 hours before departure of the flight (from the airport of departure, transfer or stoppage) the Airline shall retain a fine, the amount of which shall not exceed 25% from the air ticket price (in case of unused ticket) or from the unfulfilled part of transportation (in case of partly used ticket). The Airline shall charge passengers for voluntary refunds.
In case an electronic ticket has been purchased by a person not involved in transportation, money for the ticket shall be refunded only to the sponsor, provided an identification document is produced.
A person, who has purchased an air ticket for a person / persons other than himself / herself (sponsor) reserves the right to ask «Nordavia - Regional Airlines» to specify in the ticket name of the person who shall get refund for the unused ticket(s).
How to Get Refund of Air Tickets Purchased On-Line
To get a refund for the purchased electronic ticket, please, do the following:
1. Fill in a Request for refund
2. Turn to the Airline’s sales office.
As an exception, if an office of an authorized Agent had been selected, passengers can turn to «Nordavia - Regional Airlines» own sales offices to get a refund.
Please, specify in a Request for refund your name and surname, passport details, telephone number, your itinerary and dates of flight(s), as well as 4 last digits of the credit card with which the ticket(s) was (were) purchased .
To get a refund in the Airline’s sales office, please, have the following:
- passport;
- if possible route receipt or invoice receipt (if you have any).
PLEASE NOTE!
- a refund can be made only to the credit card with which the ticket(s) was (were) purchased from the Airline;
- you can get a refund of an electronic or paper ticket not later than 3 hours before the departure and not earlier than 2 days after the departure (for electronic tickets only)
- money for the ticket shall be refunded to the credit card within 10 banking days from the moment of the Request receipt;
- if the credit card has been lost, stolen or expired, the cardholder shall:
- Fill in a Request for refund (and specify the number of the old credit card);
- Fill in a Request for money refund for unused documents of transportation to another credit card due to the credit card loss/steal/expiry (specifying numbers of the old and the new credit cards).
How to Get Refund of Air Tickets Purchased On-Line
To get a refund for the purchased paper ticket, please, do the following:

How to Refund Electronic Air Tickets Purchased via the Joint System of Momentary Payments (OSMP: QIWI payment terminal, "Svyaznoy" mobile centres)
To refund air tickets purchased via the OSMP system, please, turn to the Airline’s own sales office where you can receive the refund.
In case you have no opportunity to turn to the Airline’s own sales offices, please, fill in a Request for refund , where you should specify full name of your bank, current account number, full name of the account holder, bank identification code, correspondent account of the bank where the money are to be transferred.
Having filled in the request for refund, please, send it via fax to (8182) 41-22-57 or via e-mail (in a scanned copy, with the passenger’s signature) to webticket@nordavia.ru Monday to Friday (08.30 - 16.30, Moscow time), excluding official holidays. Having sent the request for refund, please, contact the Airline (on (8182) 41-22-57) and confirm the fact of your request receipt by a representative of the Airline.
