Issuing of paper air tickets for flights with electronic ticketing possibilities	250 RUB
Voluntary refund	650 RUB	20 EUR
Issuing of travel cost confirmation letter	100 RUB (200 RUB in the city of Norilsk)
Issuing the documents certifying the fact that the passenger has flown with the air ticket	150 RUB (350 RUB in the city of Norilsk)

*Service fees are non-refundable except the case of involuntary refund for unused tickets. The specified fees are unique and are applied in all own offices, except Norilsk.
