CJSC “Aeroflot-Nord” has a New Director General

On September 18th, 2009, the CJSC “Aeroflot-Nord” Board of Directors, on the initiative of its main shareholder OJSC “Aeroflot”, has made a decision to appoint Mr. Oleg Usmanov the new Director General of the CJSC “Aeroflot-Nord” owing to Mr. Vladimir Korotyaev’s (ex-Director General) transferal to another position.
This decision aims at realization of the “Aeroflot’s” subsidiary renovation program. In the nearest future the OJSC “Aeroflot” Managing Board is to approve the CJSC “Aeroflot-Nord” development strategy, worked out earlier and now revised.  
The CJSC «Aeroflot-Nord» Board of Directors has expressed their gratitude to the ex-Director General, Mr. Korotyaev, for his long and fruitful work in the airline and their hopes for his future success in a new position.

Began to work in aviation in 1982 as pilot of «Arkhangelsk United Air Squadron». Has been working in the «Aeroflot-Nord» (ex-«Arkhangelsk Air Lines») company since 1989: as pilot in command, financial director, and administrator. From 2004 to the moment of his appointment as Director General worked as the First Deputy Director General of the CJSC «Aeroflot-Nord».
