Air tickets can be refunded within the air ticket validity period of 1-12 months, depending on the rules of the fare set in the air ticket.
Money paid for the air ticket shall be refunded to the person specified in such ticket or to the person having purchased such ticket, upon producing documents certifying his/her identity and the ticket purchase:
- at the place of ticket purchase,
- in any «Nordavia - Regional Airlines» sales office,
- as an exception, in offices of “Nordavia – regional airlines” authorized agencies, upon the preliminary consent of the Airline.
Passengers are not allowed to cancel or change details of bookings with issued tickets by phone.
Amount of refunded money
Amount of money refunded for an unused or partly used air ticket shall be calculated in compliance with the corresponding fare rules and instructions of «Nordavia - Regional Airlines».
Forced air ticket refund
In compliance with the acting «Nordavia» rules of passengers, baggage and cargoes transportation, ticket refund shall be considered forced, provided the Carrier:
Amount of money refunded for forced refusal of the flight shall de calculated in accordance with the following:
Amount of money refunded for voluntary ticket refund upon notification of «Nordavia - Regional Airlines» on that fact not later than 24 hours departure of the flight shall be calculated in the following way:
Air ticket shall not be valid for transportation or refund with an unused flight coupon if the subsequent flight coupons have been used. Flight coupons shall be accepted for refund in their direct sequence from the point of origin irrespective of the applied fare.
In case of voluntary ticket refund upon notification of «Nordavia - Regional Airlines» on that fact in less than 24 hours before departure of the flight (from the airport of departure, transfer or stoppage) the Airline shall retain a fine, the amount of which shall not exceed 25% from the air ticket price (in case of unused ticket) or from the unfulfilled part of transportation (in case of partly used ticket). The Airline shall charge passengers for voluntary refunds.
In case an electronic ticket has been purchased by a person not involved in transportation, money for the ticket shall be refunded only to the sponsor, provided an identification document is produced.
A person, who has purchased an air ticket for a person / persons other than himself / herself (sponsor) reserves the right to ask «Nordavia - Regional Airlines» to specify in the ticket name of the person who shall get refund for the unused ticket(s).
